Take 5 Car Wash

Amanda Adams 4 months ago

I stopped by here yesterday after work. My car had gotten stuck in the mud and I really needed the mud to get off the under carrier at least. I pulled up when they were already closing without knowing (what I get for not checking if they were open or not) they had already done their cash deposit and everything and were ready to leave. When I pulled in the young man that was working was very nice and he opened the gate and let me in for a car wash without charging me, even though they were closed. He was very friendly and I would 10000000% go back. I wish I had gotten his name and given him a yip, but unfortunately I did not get the chance to because I had no cash on me.

Never again. Don't waste your time or your money. Got a new to me car today. Went thru this car wash paid 16.00 and was told they scrub. We'll it didn't get scrubbed good i guess on passenger side and when I tried to get them to let me go thru again kid just wanted me to buy membership again as he did when I first went thru. I would not ever recommend this car wash to anyone ever. Kid working just trying to get me to buy membership. Really glad I didn't now. I have never been to carwash that didn't stand behind the service provided instead get you to buy membership and you can go thru many times as you want. Also the hoses that dry at end were scrapping my car. Never again.

I am leaving a review since I had recently subscribed and have a monthly payment which is not the main issue until the end of my review. The issue is every time I go at 5pm, they seem to be closing down even though google shows different hours. I noticed the vacuums are usually turned off or very low suction every time I do go, and the last two times I’ve gotten a car wash with my membership, My car is still covered in soap. I am actually unable to cancel my subscription since all the person asked for was my phone number and card. When I try making an account or signing in through the app, my email is either not found. If I do make an account, it will ask me to subscribe, so I have no way of canceling a $16 monthly fee. Haven’t been able to wash or vacuum my car, I shouldn’t be having to pay for this!

They are an outstanding place. Car wash does a great job, and they have clean station for the inside and windows to make sure you have the detailed style cleaning. Then they have vaccums they have a strong suction to make sure the dirt is out of the vehicle

Didn't even wash my car for 27 dollars. It's still filthy. Tires filthy, grill filthy, back end not touched. I did call yall wanted to offer me 2 free carwashes which does me NO GOOD when yall just wash it the same way! Then won't do refund because it was on the weekend. Wouldn't answer store number when I called. Video on it all is out on YouTube Judgemental Pudgy Cat.
